You're told to call at 8 am for an appointment however line is closed until 8.15 am. I was told by a nurse practitioner that she "had no sympathy" for me, so this could be avoided.... I always receive good clear advice from my doctor.

Everyone is always happy to help my family. Reception team are amazing and so are Dr's and nurses.
